I play a lot of music, and have a lot of musician friends, so every now and then I pack my camera, bring it to a concert, and shoot artists in action. Standing on the other side of the lense is an interesting change.

The Chicken-Like Birds are fun, funky, and always good for a surprise. With Ari Lantella on the sloppy slide guitar and Jasmin Frederickson on double bass you are getting a Folk-Roots-Jazz-Blues ensemble that can probably only grow in Vancouver. And then conquer the world.
